This application, Aviation Fuel Converter, has been developed by a pilot with the aim of providing a handy tool for aviation professionals to swiftly and accurately convert Jet A or 100LL fuel between various measurements such as US gallons (gals), pounds (lbs), liters (ltrs), or kilograms (kgs). The app facilitates the calculation of the required amount of fuel to add in US gallons, pounds, liters, and kilograms by simply inputting the current fuel type in the tank, the units of measurement, the remaining amount, and the desired amount – leaving all the conversion work to the converter tool. Users can also customize and save settings such as specific gravity, conversion factors, and decimal places, enhancing flexibility.
For users interested in a trial version before making a purchase, there is a free version available – Aviation Fuel Converter Lite. Although similar in functionality to the paid version, this lite version lacks the ability to adjust specific gravity and conversions.
